You can request a return, refund, or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return or replacement:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
📏 Replacement for Size Issues
We understand that sometimes the fit isn’t perfect!
- If your product doesn’t fit as expected, you can request a replacement for the correct size within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be in original condition (unworn and unwashed).
- Replacement is subject to size availability in stock.
🚫 Non-Returnable / Non-Replaceable Items
- Customized or personalized products (e.g. custom-printed designs).
- Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers.
💸 Refund Process
Once your return item is received and inspected:
- We’ll notify you via email about your refund or replacement approval.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- For replacements, your new product will be shipped once the returned item is verified.
📦 How to Initiate a Return or Replacement
To start a return or replacement request:

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
